Had such a nice row this morning in my single.  I've been rowing quite a bit in fours and quads, but this was the first time this season out in my old Van Dusen.  We had our traditional "Friday Friendlies" today, where all comers line up for 4 x 1000 meter race pieces.  I really enjoy starting my Fridays exhausted from a hard workout.
